How can I get updates regarding the status of my case or legal matter?Regular updates are as quick as a call or email away. Just because the Courts are closed doesn't mean that your case is closed. Our team continues to push forward with your cases during these difficult times.
Are courts of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? What if I can't come to court because I'm sick or quarantined? All Courts are closed in some capacity or another. The Courts are changing daily in terms of what matters they are hearing, and what matters they aren't. For updated, real time information on the status of the Courts, please visit the COVID19 page for the Ministry of the Attorney General at

Other appearances are going ahead as scheduled, only in a different format. Please contact the lawyer in charge of your file or Brian Goldfinger to find out what the status is of your event.
